Aviation Operations Specialist

Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate all aspects of clients' travel experiences, including flight scheduling, ground transportation, and accommodations.

  2. Ensure seamless and stress-free journeys for clients by managing logistics and handling any issues or emergencies that may arise.

  3. Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure that all travel arrangements meet their needs and preferences.

  4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of aviation regulations and safety procedures to ensure compliance and client safety.

Client Relations Manager

Responsibilities:

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and personalized service.

  2. Understand clients' needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions and exceed their expectations.

  3. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns and providing prompt resolutions.

  4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met and that service delivery exceeds expectations.

Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities:

Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

  2. Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

  3. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospects.

  4. Close sales and achieve revenue targets, while ensuring a positive experience for clients throughout the sales process.
